Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Newly Board Exam Passer or with 1 year work experience in Healthcare as Nurse/Medical Support and Nurse Assistant or equivalent
  • Preferred completed the Occupational Health Nurse Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) Inc. Post Graduate Course in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for Nurses
  • With high level of Integrity.
  • Willing to do Administrative work and process documents
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Presentation, and Word)
  • Must be residing in/near Pasig City

Job Description:

As Nurse:

  • Mans the clinic, assist with the urgent needs of sick employees, and provide first aid management or nursing care to injured or ill workers
  • Coordinates with Health Care Services for injured workers and facilitates effective communication between injured workers and Management
  • Assists in the monitoring of patients with chronic illnesses and infectious/COVID cases and helps with the contact tracing of exposed employees.
  • In the absence of the corporate physician, evaluates an employee’s health, provides initial diagnosis on medical condition/s and dispense fast relief medicines based on the symptom/s presented as coordinated with the Corporate Physician
  • Collaborates with the HSSE team to investigate and analyze injury trends and possible occupational hazards and gives suggestions on the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers;
  • Facilitates health and wellness programs, responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace
  • Maintains a reporting and records system, assists in maintaining employees health records, and prepare and submit an annual medical report to the Corporate Physician
  • Responsible in keeping inventory of fast relief medicines, clinic supplies, first aid kit contents of all sites, and HSSE office supplies; requests for replenishment when necessary


As HSSE Admin:

  • Provides efficient and effective administrative/clerical support service, including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying of general HSSE documentations.
  • Receives, opens, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms. Ensures that all incoming documents are properly sorted and distributed to intended recipients.
  • Generates and prepares documents, letters, memos and other correspondence and notes down minutes from meetings as required
  • Assists in the monitoring of the regulatory compliances of UPPI sites and HSSE programs
  • Assists in processing of PPE requests
  • Assists in the preparation and coordination of HSSE training sessions, prepares training materials and other needs
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
