- Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of operations of the center.
- Constantly improve operational systems, processes, and best practices that assure organizational well–being.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and ensure the upkeep of the center’s equipment and facilities.
- Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data or statements and use them to improve profitability.
- Oversees training, and supervision of administrative staff.
- Cater to clients’ or administrative personnel’s concerns.
- Schedule staff meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and educational and therapy tools and equipment.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Partner with Head of Human Resources (HR) Operations to update and maintain center policies as necessary.
- Address employees’ concerns regarding center management issues.
- Coordinate with HR regarding the planning of in–house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
