  • Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of operations of the center.
  • Constantly improve operational systems, processes, and best practices that assure organizational well–being.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and ensure the upkeep of the center’s equipment and facilities.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Examine financial data or statements and use them to improve profitability.
  • Oversees training, and supervision of administrative staff.
  • Cater to clients’ or administrative personnel’s concerns.
  • Schedule staff meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and educational and therapy tools and equipment.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange for necessary repairs.
  • Partner with Head of Human Resources (HR) Operations to update and maintain center policies as necessary.
  • Address employees’ concerns regarding center management issues.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding the planning of in–house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
