Main duties include:

  • Responsible for coordinating with the company’s healthcare provider to set up Annual Physical Exams (APE) and medical data
  • Collaborate, spearhead, and implement corporate wellness and occupational health and safety programs in the workplace
  • Provide guidance on health screening results and recommend appropriate intervention in coordination with our Company Doctor.
  • Assess pre-employment medical examination results
  • Drives health services such as physical exams and history-taking
  • Maintains a clean, comfortable, and safe sickbay area at the company clinic
  • Maintain an effective and accurate medical record system.
  • Generate reports and submit to management or government agencies when necessary
  • Works closely with the Health and Safety Officer in assessing team member health risks, raising healthcare awareness, and complying with DOLE-required reports
  • Manages the Sick Leave Hotline and coordinate with respective Leaders
  • Process enrolment for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
  • Acts as the backup replacement for the Front Office Associate when necessary

Successful candidates should be:

  • Registered Nurse with an active PRC license
  • Preferably holds the following training certificates: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Basic Life Support, and First Aid
  • With at least 2 years of work experience as a company nurse
  • Undergone 40-hour training as a Safety Officer (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace and other basic applications
  • Must possess good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication
  • Thorough and keen on details
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Office administration and clerical work
  • Amenable to work onsite
