- Assists in the planning, and execution of corporate activities and organizational engagements such as corporate events, sports events, teambuilding activities, office engagements, corporate social responsibility etc., from concept to finish
- Collaborate with HR & Admin Director on programs that will maximize employee development, engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure that details are handles as planned
- Liaise with different vendors and suppliers for all events/ activities needs
- Consolidate a date to create a month-end report for all engagement programs and initiatives
- Administer Health and Welfare benefits for all employees
- Resolve claim disputes for employees
- Generate reports to support benefits and compensation business decisions Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role
- Work in collaboration with other team members to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables, providing input and assistance as needed
- Establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive working environment, focusing on customer service by handling customer requests in a professional manner
- Perform special projects and, other related duties assigned by the HR & Admin Director
- Manages employee benefits (Government) and coordinate with HMO/Insurance/benefit vendors, act as company nurse if and when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Registered Nurse and Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply CAN START ASAP
