Job Description

  • Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
  • Provides first aid on injured employees, and if necessary assists them in the nearest hospital.
  • Investigates and analyzes injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborates with the Safety Officer.
  • Maintains and monitors employee health records, medicine inventory.
  • Responsible for the insurance application of regular employees and annual renewal.
  • Facilitates and schedules Annual Physical Exam (APE).
  • Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department, including general clerical duties and other administrative functions.
  • Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the General Services Department, including facilitating staff workloads and branch follow-ups regarding repairs and progress.
  • Work with the Employee Relations Team (Labor Relations).

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • At least 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
