Job Description:

Customer service oriented when on the phone with the payer to resolve both payer and claim issues. Report root cause issues to Supervisor to be able to resolve patient issues at a higher level. Inbound calls – 90% voice (inquiries on claims, disputes, patient payments & claims) 90% Voice, 10% Non-voice

Qualifications:

  • HS Grads are accepted as long as you have at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • For 2nd-year undergraduates and up – at least 6 months of relevant experience At least 6 months of BPO Healthcare experience (Preferably with Claims, Ben&Elibility. Good to have: AR experience in Banking and Finance, preferably with CSAT/NPS)
  • SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE RELATED EXPERIENCE
  • 25-30k package depending on your experience
  • 1 DAY HIRING PROCESS
