• With BOSH Certification under OHNAP – required

• Intermediate knowledge with MS Office

• With updated PRC License

• Knowledge of DOLE-OSH requirement

• Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and incorporate such occupational fitness services, such as preventive health management.

• Keep track of employee well-being and reportorial.

• Provide first-aid services for injuries and illnesses.

• Looks for more experienced medical/health-care services and makes referrals.

• Hold a health advice session with a sick employee.

• Validate and resolve health problems through a background check and/or a home visit.

• Occupational health threats should be tracked, reported, and handled.

• Keep an eye on the local and global epidemics, report on them, and provide advisories.

• Engage in employee activities that necessitate medical assistance.

• Continued personal health education and credential is required.

• Manage the medical/clinical services of the organization in a safe and tidy fashion.

• Assist with all such tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

• Check pre-employment medical requirements and annual physical medical examination and documents to make sure that employees are physically fit to work.

• Monitor and comply with government-related requirements.

• Check for the right HMO services/providers daily.

• Handles admin functions

• Maybe given ad hoc tasks from time to time
