• Must be a graduate of Nursing and must have an active PHRN License or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in a clinical/hospital environment
• Up to 50,000 Sign On Bonus + 75,000 Retention Bonus for qualified candidates, terms and conditions apply
• You will intervene with care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance, when needed.
• You will deal with tasks relevant to Utilization Review, Utilization Management, inpatient coding, and outpatient coding.
• You will provide our customer real time resolutions or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member
• This is for Blended Account, 80% back office, 20% Voice.
