Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Contract Addendum.
- 100% attendance throughout the entire duration of the Program, including no tardiness or cutting classes during the USRN Build Program.
- Completion and passing of at least 3 Internal Examinations with a minimum passing score of 70%.
- Completion and passing of the Post-Diagnostic Test with a minimum passing score of 80%.
- Compliance with assessment and evaluation recommendations.
- Taking the Final Examination 1 week after the Final coaching.
- Obtaining signoff from the service provider if the candidate is ready to take the NCLEX after the final coaching.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Possesses an active and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum requirement of at least 3 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Experience in a front-office (voice) call center or BPO back-office environment is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 and CPT codes is considered an advantage.
- The project offers a temporary work-from-home setup, but the candidate must be willing to return to the office once recalled.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Accenture Cebu.
Skills Requirement:
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficient in Medicaid case management.
