Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with Contract Addendum.
  • 100% attendance throughout the entire duration of the Program, including no tardiness or cutting classes during the USRN Build Program.
  • Completion and passing of at least 3 Internal Examinations with a minimum passing score of 70%.
  • Completion and passing of the Post-Diagnostic Test with a minimum passing score of 80%.
  • Compliance with assessment and evaluation recommendations.
  • Taking the Final Examination 1 week after the Final coaching.
  • Obtaining signoff from the service provider if the candidate is ready to take the NCLEX after the final coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Possesses an active and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum requirement of at least 3 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in a front-office (voice) call center or BPO back-office environment is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 and CPT codes is considered an advantage.
  • The project offers a temporary work-from-home setup, but the candidate must be willing to return to the office once recalled.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Accenture Cebu.

Skills Requirement:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proficient in Medicaid case management.
