QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Nursing
  • Must be a registered nurse with an updated PRC license
  • With experience as a company nurse, with BLS/ACLS and BOSH certification an advantage
  • Has good moral character
  • Equipped with basic technical skills–able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
  • Can work on shifting schedule and holidays
  • Can start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clinic consultation and treatment
    • administer first aid treatment
    • dispense medicine for various ailments
    • offer health counseling and education
    • administer vaccination when necessary
  • Promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle
  • Share weekly and monthly health alerts and advisories
  • Verify medical/fit to work certificates
  • Address and assist in HMO enrollment, deletion, utilization, and other concerns
  • Help plan and implement the clinic’s programs
  • Maintain and replenish the clinic’s medicine inventory
  • Process pre-employment physical exams

 

You will also be responsible for other HR functions such as:

  • documenting and updating of the following:
    • Absence and Tardiness notifications
    • Sick Leave validation
    • DA preparation reports ( for PPE concerns only)
    • Pre-employment physical exam results
  • performing general office support functions as necessary; and
  • planning, preparation, and coordination of company events.
