Qualifications & experience

  • A Registered Nurse (PHRN)
  • With or without hospital experience
  • Highly trainable and willing to be assigned in any area of Nursing Service
  • Open to shifting, weekend, and holiday schedules
  • Can start ASAP

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provides total patient care as assigned according to the core standards of patient care and established policies and evidence-based practices.
  • Assumes accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as well as discharge planning for each patient.
  • Contributes to decreasing the length of stay/waiting time as per unit specific goal. Works in collaboration planning for each patient.
  • Participates in the promotion and maintenance of effective communication and teamwork. Treats colleagues, patients, and visitors with dignity and respect always.
  • Upholds the organizational values always.


  • 25k Incentive Bonus (good for 1 year)

  • 3rd and 5th month appraisal, with salary increment based on performance
