Telemetry – Staff Nurse

The Telemetry Unit Staff Nurse coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the units. The nursing staff should ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit’s standards of care.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Admission
• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis
• Patient Planning
• Patient Clinical Intervention
• Patient Education/therapeutic Coaching and Counseling
• Patient Care Evaluation/Patient Discharge and Follow – up

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered with the Philippine Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing
• Preferably with six (6) months clinical experience.
