US Registered Nurse

• Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA(Service level agreement) and Internal standards
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active and unrestricted US and PH licenses to practice in both the Philippines and a US state.
• At least one (1) year of clinical experience is preferred but not required. Experience in Healthcare Utilization
• Review/Utilization Management with focus in Precertification review.
• Knowledge on federal, state, URAC, and client protocols is preferred.
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule in QC/Taguig.
