Key Responsibilities:

As a Wellness Nurse, your contributions to the team may include:

• Experience in medication management, wound care, and hands-on nursing care
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communication with families and physicians
• Documentation and Investigation Reporting
• Maintain accurate resident health records

Qualifications and Requirements:

• RN License that is active and in good standing.
