Peri Operative Services Staff Nurse

The In-Patient Perioperative Staff Nurse specializing in Perioperative Nursing practice performs activities in the perioperative, intra-operative, postoperative phases of the patient’s surgical experience. The Staff Nurse will have 2 functions in the Perioperative area, (A) Scrub nurse, (B) Circulating Nurse. He/she must be conscientious with regards to procedures and capable of working under pressure and interacting personally with other units within the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Admission
• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis
• Patient Planning
• Patient Clinical Intervention
• Patient Education/therapeutic Coaching and Counseling
• Patient Care Evaluation/Patient Discharge and Follow – up

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered with the Philippine Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing
• Preferably with six (6) months clinical experience.
